Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can use the Forgot Username or Password option to request a reset token for your account. The reset token will be emailed to you using the email in your profile. You will have 30 minutes from the time of the request to use the reset token. Your reset token will expire within 30 minutes if not used. 

Please do not navigate away from the Reset Password page until you have successfully reset your password. This will break the link between the page and the token. If this occurs, wait five minutes before requesting a new reset token. 

The following requirements must be met when entering or creating a new password:
 
  • Your password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character limited to: !@#$%^&*-=+?.
  • Your password is case-sensitive (i.e., "Password" and "password" are two different passwords)
  • Your password cannot contain the word "password" in it
  • Your password cannot contain your username
  • Your password cannot contain any spaces

Your password is valid for 180 days.
