My Course Approval Request list the courses that require approval that you or your STC or RTA have sought approval for registration. In this table, you will find the course name, activity code, class dates, date your approval request was initiated, and the status of your approval request.
In the event, you no longer need the training you initially registered for, you have the option to cancel registration. Registration can only be cancelled prior to the CMS Central Office (CO) determined registration-cancellation deadline date. Cancel registration by clicking the Cancel Registration button. If the registration-cancellation deadline date has passed, you or your State Training Coordinator (STC) or Regional Training Administrator (RTA) must contact the CMS Central Office Training Coordinator (CMS CO TC) responsible for the class to cancel your registration.
